When it comes to landscaping, establishing a solid foundation is key, and that’s where a grading service becomes essential. A reliable grading system ensures proper water drainage, prevents erosion, and creates a level surface for planting or paving. By understanding the grading scale based on your land's unique topography, you can optimize the aesthetics and functionality of your outdoor space.
Investing in this service helps maintain your landscape's health over time. For example, without adequate grading, flooding can damage plants or cause soil degradation. Additionally, as you consider features like patios or garden beds, effective color grading within your landscape will enhance visual appeal and harmony.
Whether you're asking yourself what is grading in terms of landscaping or seeking better options than PSA grading cards for collecting – the right groundwork can make all the difference in bringing out the best in your property! Choose professional help to ensure everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

Update 08-23-24 - The ferns that died were removed and replaced. Amanda, Stephanie and Jeremy's did a great job communicating every step of the way. Thank you Citiscapes for taking care of this. Update 08-04-24 - several of the plants have died and need to be replaced that gave a one year warranty, now nobody wants to reply. Texted Kendall, no response. Emailed the company about this and nothing. Just left a voicemail. I’ll update this review once this is resolved. Hoping to get this fixed. Kendall and Citiscapes were a delight to work with. We had work done and got other quotes from other companies but they provided the best design and materials for our front yard. They also took 3d images of the project and submitted the design to our HOA to get it approved. Highly recommended.
Kendall runs a great business. He comes highly recommended!!
Kendall is professional, communicative, thorough, great at explaining, he has a real vision. We couldn’t be more happy. EDIT: Just wanted to mention Victor and his team as well. They did a terrific job!
